Pizza Cook & Kitchen Team Member
As a Pizza Cook at dions, you'll be at the heart of what makes us special — crafting our legendary dion's pizza with care and consistency. Shift Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our dions restaurant team during busy service periods. You'll be responsible for guiding kitchen and front-of-house staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. This role is ideal for someone with restaurant leadership experience ready for the next step in their career.
- 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience with inventory and cash handling
- ServSafe Manager certification (preferred)

Guest Experience Associate
Be the face of dion's pizza and help create memorable experiences for our guests every single day. As a Guest Experience Associate, you'll take orders, process payments, assist with catering inquiries, and ensure the dining area remains clean and welcoming. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine love for people are a must.

Catering & Events Coordinator
Dions catering is one of our fastest-growing services, and we need a detail-oriented Catering & Events Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional food experiences beyond our restaurant walls. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate large orders, liaise with the kitchen team, and ensure on-site catering events run flawlessly from setup to final service.
- 2+ years of event coordination or catering experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and transport catering supplies
Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our dions locations. In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of 20–30 employees, manage food and labor costs, uphold our legendary quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction scores. This is a highly visible leadership role with excellent growth potential across the dion's pizza brand.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of team development
- Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding
- ServSafe Manager certification required
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., HotSchedules)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business (preferred)
